Purchased a projector from this Pactel Care, Fort. The service here to the customers was excellent and they were extremely attentive to our needs and them had all range of projectors with them. I purchased one casino projector. The salesperson explained about the uses and procedure about the projector. The cost of the projector is around 50000. Delighted to take service here.

Dear Sir / Madam , Subj : Non issuance of delivery challan and Invoice against my purchase of Refrigerator from your Malad ( West ) showroom .I hereby bring to your kind attention the very poor way of doing business and rendering customer service by your showroom personnel at Malad ( West ) showroom .I bought Refrigerator from Malad ( West ) showroom in name of Shri. J.D.Soomaney ,after negotiating with Mr. Zafar Ali and making payment by RTGS on 13.7.2017 . The Fridge was delivered by yourselves after 2 days with no delivery challan and Invoice . Since then I have phoned Mr. Zafar Ali 5-6 times but with no lifting phone by him . On 16.7.2017 , he called me and informed that the above sales documents were ready and I could come to their showroom and I should come to collect the same . Procured Siemens dishwaher, faber chimey and water purifier from this shop. Their service was fabulous and customer oriented. They made free delivery and installation of the machine the next day. The machine cost was 62000. Worthwhile service met here.
