"I have anterolisthesis l4 /l5 since the last 5 years and it has progressed from grade 1 to grade 2 over the years. It caused severe back pain that radiated down to the legs and practically crippled my life. The doctors advised surgery but I did not opt for it, the only alternative was to strengthen the core. So since the last few years I have been training under different physiotherapists and trainers, but unfortunately nothing worked. Few months back I joined Elixir fitness studio and I had the good fortune of being trained by Mr. Anand who though being the manager there, found time in his busy schedule to guide me, and there has been a drastic change, the pain has been gradually reducing and I am much more stronger now I am able to do all the housework that was a challenge for me a few months back.
