I have contacted the Hotel Grand Residence, Porur for a small function, good service, the surrounding and environment was good, 70 persons came for function and it was spacious, the price is also reasonable, overall I am happy with the service.

I had booked a suite in SRM Kattankalathur on 17th June 2018, for the 26th of June 2018. But since I had to change my schedule I made a cancellation of the same on 19th June 2018, after which I got a cancellation confirmation mail from the Hotel informing that I would be receiving my refund within 10 working days. But unfortunately even after constant reminders through phone calls and e mail, I am sorry to inform that no positive response has come from the hotel till date 14th July 2018 (25 days)

Lodged in this hotel for a day in ac room with 2 persons for personal need. The hotel room was clean and tidy it was fully furnished and was beautiful room. They did not offer food but they gave room service. The room rent was affordable. Pleasure to stay in this hotel.
