All Types of Laptop, Computer, Printer, Lcd, Led Monitor, Mobile Repair, Service & Sales, CCTV Installation instruction of sulekha services that don't buy any services from sulekha.com it fraud services of sulekha below are incident with me I was receiving marketing call from sulekha.com from November 2019, so in starting of new year and month of January 2020 I attended the marketing call from Sulekha.com call center in which executive told please take sulekha.com package for my business in which this package very good offer with emi option on credit card, so i agree word of that call center executive and ask for what i need to do for that, the call centre executive arrange me one executive who will come at my home and explain me all in details at my home, after I finished call, I received one call from another executive who contact no is 096651 75078 I told that person I will buy package only on credit card emi option, he replied me that we have many emi option on credit card and to all this thing mr Mukesh pardeshi is going to come at your home to explain me, then after some time I received call on same date 7 January from number ********** who person was mukesh Pardeshi, I guide my house address he came and told that he had good offer in 20000 package as compared with 10000 package different between 2 package is for 10000 package lead is 125 and 20000 package is 250 lead + 70 lead will added by him from back end after 2 days i.e total 320 lead to my account, during this presentation at my home he call kiran sulekha.com executive who sit in sulekha.com office pune and ask him extra lead cupon is available at office, from kiran he reply yes it available cupon, so mukesh told if you buy now you get 70 lead extra from back end. Then I told but what about emi option on credit card he told don't worry this is also done by backend office so I ready to pay by my credit card will paying the amount the gst amount of 3600 is get add in my amount I ask you did told me early that 3600 will get add me in 20000, Mukesh told me I sorry I skip but don't worry 3600 amount is also will be add in your lead amount as bonus till evening, so I talk with kiran executive on mukesh phone during this both call communication was going on, that call I ask the Kiran is this right said by mukesh, kiran replies me on call yes is right but after your payment done one call will received to you from Chennai office that time they will say you had purchased 20000 package for 250 lead that time you just need said yes because all this offer explain by mukesh will get proceed by Pune sulekha.com office only, Then after confirmation from kiran and mukesh I paid full amount 23600 through my credit card, after card payment done mukesh had share me kiran contact number ********** for future communications and call received from sulekha.com Chennai for confirmation as mukesh and kiran I need to say I agree for 250 lead, so I follow all and agreed on sulekha.com Chennai office and ended the call. After that day I do follow up for emi on credit card, extra lead and 3600 bonus with kiran and mukesh but till one week both are giving rubbish reason so I message them through whatsapp and messanger about my refund (message and Whatsapp screen shot attached) . Then after I accerate this issue to customer care but they said me that we are working on it, every month I do follow up till now but all are same in sulekha.com because I do last email to ussulekha.com and explain them all they said it impossible to refund because refund can be made within in 30 days ( for reference mail screen shot attached) so I told them that I will go to consumer court and publish in newspaper they replied me that we also had legal team handled the cases. And sulekha.com is provided me all fraud lead to my sulekha account to deduct balance, so one example of fraud lead of 17 March of customer Devraj from vimannagar I got lead to my account 3.46 pm then I call to that number on 3.52 pm after customer pickup the phone he told me that he had already given his laptop to service center 4 days before why you received my contact now from sulekha.com, After the call end I made call to sulekha.com executive jarina ********** and told her about this lead, she replied me that I had made late call to customer, I ask her how much late I call to customer i.e 4 days late or 6 minutes late because 6 minutes before I got a lead of Devraj customer, customer says he already submitted laptop to other services center 4 days before. so jarina replied me that lead is Genuine I talking lie and ended my call. ( For reference I had attached lead received screen shot and I call customer screen shot attached) So My word from my heart that the sulekha.com is fraud. Don't purchase any package from sulekha.com, it only to collect money from you and issue fraud lead to deduct balance from sulekha account and the payment which I paid is not converted in emi also.
