Took service from Vikas Electronics, there was some issue in Samsung 32 inches LCD TV power board. They have responded well and Mr. Shivanna came and checked the TV. He said that need to change the power board, so I agreed to change. He changed the local power board and charged Rs. 2100 and not even gave the receipt of the payment, he has written in some old paper and gave it to me. I have checked the price of the local power board on the internet, it shows around Rs. 1000 and 1100 but he charged Rs. 2100, It was very expensive.
Posting an update here, since am unable to modify my earlier one. My TV was finally picked up by the SpeedPlus team and they informed me that it was some power issue this time. Got it back after a few days and everything is working well (its been a couple of weeks now). Final verdict: The technicians knows their trade. In my humble opinion they need to build a team which is more proactive, quick in delivering the fixed goods and keep the customer informed of any delays (we live in a time where every minute is weighed in Gold!) If they can fix this, am sure they will grow to greater heights! I was a bit harsh in my previous review but considering all the competition in this sector, they deserve another chance, I guess. Mr.Sagar is a number 1 fraud i suppose. This guy has eloped away with my TV along with Rs.15000 saying that he would return back the fixed TV within a couple of weeks. But it is more than 3 months and havent heard anything from him. He doesnt answer the phone calls also. I warn people not to get taken away with any positive comments posted here. This is my genuine bad experience with this service center. Please do not go to him for any sort of complaints.
I wonder if the reviews here are fake or paid ones, because am having a very bad experience. My TV had a back light issue 2 months ago and Speed Plus (via Sulekha) called me and said they can fix for Rupees 3000. They took almost 15 days to fix it after saying they can deliver in one day. I had to follow up with them 2 days once if they have fixed it. Now, 2 months gone by, the TV back light is not working again! I called up Sagar (he is polite) and asked if what to do. He genuinely said, I will come and collect the TV and fix it. Customer service first!. I was really impressed. haha But alas! its been more than a week now and no one has come to fix it! Even my calls are being unanswered. I couldn't even locate their shop! Please approach this with caution! I will update this review if I get a positive response - which am still waiting for! Thanks for reading.
Beware.. got my 46 inches Sony TV repaired for display issue for 9000/- but its still not working properly. Owner is not responding to my calls..
Dear all.. I would say speed plus is providing best service to their customers. I have been trying to find one trustworthy service provider for my TV which had display issues. I contacted few and didn't get a proper answer but I admire Sagar who is incharge of speed plus was very polite in explaining the issue and on top of that considering the new year he arranged stand by TV for me for one or two days till the issue of my tv is resolved . All the staffs are very courteous and trustworthy people . Sagar is having immense technical knowledge and he explains you the exact issue and fix the issue by following up with the customer on a regular basis. I would recommend my friends and relatives speedplus for any service related to TV washing machine fridge etc. Keep up the good work Sagar and team. Fantastic service.

My Sansui Standard / CRT was a having an issue, I took a service from this center, They service man came and attend that issue, There was a power issue, The service man replaced the power switch , His service is really good Now my Tv is working good, They charged me 600 for his services, I am Mindfully satisfied this service.
