This could be the worst decision in your life if you get a gas connection from this agency. I think in this agency the delivery guys are the owners, they will literally threaten the customers for additional 50rs and also for ask money for diwali and pongal without any shame whatsoever. If you say you are going to complaint in the agency they will openly say none would question me no matter what you complain. And also they will say that if you complain you won't get the next cylinder because I am the delivery agent for this area so can't do anything.

Once the cylinder comes just the person wants to deliver it and needs service charges .Not even bothered to check also.. Very bad service.

The cylinder was ordered 20 days back. When we checked, we were told that their records show Cash memo was generated after delivery where infact there was no delivery done. The delivery guy was supposed to deliver today morning. We followed up and we were told it would be delivered by 4.30. it is 6 PM now, all their numbers are not reachable.

No one will pick the call....its not a first time...worst service.....cant change them...if any one goes there ask them delete or landline from their office

Line busy or ringing, else cutting call... Not lifting our call... One time thy lift, without giving proper answer they cut the line... When again I tried not lifting... Shame
