Pathetic services of Rapido Bikes, because of the rough driving from the driver I was met with an accident and fractured my Ribs, the details of the bike regn No -UP15 AZ 5582,Driver Name Mr Ajay sharma. And the company refused to lock the case and hide the incident. I filed a petition against the company and the Driver and asked for the compensation which I was bearing for my Medical expenses as well as damages occurs to my assets. Dear Team, I had already written in my mail what I want from your Rapido team, and because of driver, I was met with an accident, I just want two things from your team by Monday evening otherwise I had already prepare all the legal papers against your company and a copy sent to Prime Minister and Chief Minister office Delhi, UP and Haryana against your company and claim a harrasment charges too from Consumer Thanks & Regards Soumyadip Guha

I Booked an Classic 350 for a two day weekend trip outside the city. The vehicle was in good maintained condition. There was enough petrol to reach out to the nearest petrol pump where i filled the tank. The delivery guy was very polite. i reached a little late and i informed him before reaching and he helped me with the quick delivery

I booked an Avenger in Bangalore through ONN Bikes. When I went to pick up the bike from their station in Kormangla the overall process to issue the bike was quite streamlined just that they're pretty strict with documentation. The vehicle was pretty well maintained, very rare when it comes to 2-wheeler rental. The staff was very supportive and well behaved. Good job guys!

Booked a scooter at Hyderabad a couple of weeks back, the vehicle was in good condition. The station executive was also polite and professional, he did explain the process to me and also guided me in various aspects of the booking. I feel that the minimum fuel, is why I am giving 4 star as I had to travel to a petrol station to fill up fuel just after I picked up the bike.

this is a fraud rental service please do go and get fooled they will say the bikes are available through call and get the payment online but after you reach there they will say its not available and will say they will initiate the refund but have not initiated the refund till now please don't avail there service
