"We have taken Family tour to melmalaiyanir for a One day trip. We have taken a rental bus from this Kamal Travels in West Mambalam. They are given best service to us. We all have enjoyed our trip and the driver also very friendly and they take care us for safety drive and we have paid the reasonable cost for two Mini Coach van for a one day trip. Really, we have satisfied with this service in feature we have planed to contact this bus service only."

I have booked ticket for sleeper coach upper seat no 29 in your travels from boarding point Manaparai to Chennai destination. The ticket was booked and paid 815 rupess through online and I received ticket also I have ticket proof.But bus didn't reach manaparai till the whole night. They travelled directly to trichy. This was a driver and agency mistake. I didn't receive proper response from them. They are telling as the name was not registered but the money was deducted from my account. I was very disappointed because this was rainy season and we were standing in the bus stand alone from 9.30 to 11.50 pm. The costumer care number is busy all time. And the mistake is all yours. Very very worst worst worst Very very disappointed . We didn't receive any proper responses too. Here after we don't book your travel agent anymore. Totally disappointed worst worst worst Very irresponsible.waste of my time.....

Fraud Travels. They didn't return the cancelled ticket amount 5800 rs. I went directly to Hasan office and also phone call 2 time, they said with in 1 week amount will refunded, but nothing happen. Don't believe this travels. Cheating Cheating Fraud Travels

Very worst service. This is . Chennai to nitravilai they telling 7.15 chennai to 8.15 nitravilai.. now iam in alagiyamandababm 10.30 am. Don't travel if you want on time.

Very worst bus booking... I struggled a lot.... After booking bus they will call and tell bus booking cancelled..... Redbus will refund money... But still I did not receive money. Twice it happened. I did not do cancellation.. Golden travels done the cancellation.... Very worst bus booking from my experience...

Now through red bus we are booking wherever we want to go by private buses but even though red bus ratings some times will not work.i usually travel to bangalore from cheap and board in egmore but one day bus which I booked thru red bus didn't come and I contacted the bus operator number given in the ticket was not in use even though alternate numbers also is same.then I contacted red bus customer care number which they didn't pick up the call around half an hour that time I was standing in front of neoo national travels and approached these guys and they gave me the bus current bus operator number which I booked and told that you can book online for your convenience but we are in this travels field for past 25 years and the agents will know which buses will be best, safe , on time, regular, responding, etc. red bus and all online portal is also online mediator agency and they will hub all the buses online , they don't have own buses of their own.

Got a wonderful experience from Red Bus Koyambedu, Chennai. I had taken the Bus ticket booking from this travels from Chennai to Arrival city Udumalaipettai. They charged me 700 for this ticket booking service. Prompt service and I enjoyed the journey. All inclusive I am satisfied with their excellent service.
