"Got an immediate and proper response. Recently I communicated with Vizag IT Solutions, Madhurawada for repairing of my HP laptop for not working issue. Their approach is professional and they explained all the details regarding the service and charges. They sent a technician on the same day and he has taken the laptop to his shop. They quoted me approx charges of RS. 2000 to RS. 3000 for general service and parts replacement. And approx RS. 13000 to RS. 14000 if complete IC and other parts replaced. They informed that they will return the laptop on 31st of the July. Overall, their follow-up and response are on the mark so I am happy."
