They took my desktop 6 days back, still I am waiting for any response from them regarding the nature of problem it has , absolutely worst service Center

I give Ikall mobile for service for Speaker Not working and Software hanging on March 28th 2022 - today date April 18 2022. almost 20days still my mobile in service center. Giving reason plz wait for some time....Worst service ::

I went for repairing my laptop. They kept laptop for 4 days for diagnosis and I confirmed them to repair. Later after 2 days they they are going to deliver by evening and waiting for pricing of spares later in the evening they said problem is different and told new reason and it?s difficult to service. This is how they wasted time . So be aware of this service centre.
