Low quality furniture. not recommended at all.
dont waste Money.
Within month of usage there is shape change.
After calling 3 times, their executive told to send bill but no response from them from last 2months, again I gave 2 Reminder still waiting.

The Fraud Store is a bunch of scammers. They don't give a damn about their commitments or the work they do. Once they've squeezed every penny out of you, they'll disappear faster than a magician's rabbit.
We ordered a sofa from them, but in some places, they used flimsy paperboard instead of proper plywood. Nails are sticking out like a death trap for kids. And when you try to get them to fix these issues, they'll give you a load of nonsense.
They can't even manage to deliver on time, and the products they provide are nothing like what they promise. In a nutshell, avoid this place like the plague. There used to be a ton of negative reviews about them, but they somehow managed to make them all disappear. They claim those reviews are fake, but this one certainly isn't because I have the Oteak bill to prove it.
Specifically, Sayeed (the owner) and Imtiaaz of this shop are two-faced con artists.
