My father's trusted hardware shop. But my experience from my very first purchase is pathetic. I had a requirement of some 4 inch pvc pipes and some other stuffs including 3 inch metal pipe of 12 cm. While he gave me metal pipe from his warehouse ..I doubted of the diameter size which seemed to me more than 3 inch but he argued and said it was 3 inch and I did not have measuring tape at that point of time. Came back home and measured and I was right it was 3.5 which did not serve my purpose hence went back to the shop within 30 mins but this shop keeper does not have even slightest idea of customer service and still argued saying tata steel calls it 3 inch so he does and hence I must speak to tata steel and amount cant be refunded. There was no point discussing with such an ignorant person, returned the pipe without refund. If there was an option for "0" whould have rated that.
