They are not at all delivering the parcel to the recepient, instead they are just returning it statung receiver refused. I am the receiver and I am try to reach them out in all possible ways but they are simply un professional and not sure where my consignment is. They are unable to track it. And keep saying to me that user refused to receive the parcel. Never ever go for their service.

VERY WORST SERVICE. CONSIGNMENT WHICH IS URGENT IS LYING IN BRANCH FOR ONE WEEK. NO RESPONSE FOR PHONE CALLS OR MAILS SENT.

3rd class service no response, without attempting the delivery they mentioned as delivery failed. Without any comments they are mentioning it is failed. No response from call support no help anywhere, it is delayed more than a week now still no response from DTDC. Govt should BAAN these providers.
