One of the Biggest fraud company I have experienced. when I was looking for the packers n movers company in Delhi I was seeing that the google rating of this company was good and I was decided to call this company and I coordinated with Mr. Manish who is handling the mahipalpur office in the very first day he was very polite in call as I need a packers company and it was decided in call that the payment process is 10% at the time of loading, 70% when my house hold items move from Delhi to Mumbai and 20% at the time of delivery of goods, but a very first day in the evening he was talking so rudely with me and his behavior totally change and he threat me that I have to make the full payment otherwise "SAMAAN APKA HAI JAB TAK FULL PAYMENT NAHI HUI TO SAMAAN NAHI MILEGA", So the same time I have no option and I made full payment to him and the time of booking he told me that the total amount amount is near about 37k but when I was going to made the payment he told me that your bill is 58K

Would suggest to avoid Ok Packers. Had moved from Noida to Bangalore in Jan-22 and used their services for household and 4 Wheeler Transportation. Household items were not properly packed and most of the items had deep scratches in it when delivered. As far as concerned on 4 wheeler, I gave car while it was having 3/4 (30 ltr) patrol tank filled however when I got it just had 3 Ltr in it. Moreover they had broken the joystick via which side mirror got managed. It cost me 5000 and they refused to pay anything.

This man picked up my household items from Delhi, for storage. Not returning the items now. Does not respond to calls. May be he is running a racket of cheating and stealing from customers. Please don?t use his services at all. We have filed a police complaint and provided all his ID and details. He is a criminal and cheat.
