Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Most third class doctor I have ever seen in my life, he just know to count his fees, and upfront told me he won't give any suggestion as the operation was done by other surgeon, but he charged his full fees of ?800 without giving any solution and suggestion Do not visit to this doctor, he is a fraud one

Recently my mom got stumbled and fell into the road. She got fractured on her right hand upper humerus. I visited orthopedic Dr Arun kumar Chowdhury at eastern clinic. I have never seen such a useless doctor in my life. His behaviour is very bad. Even he didnt prescribed any arm couch for the fractured for relief, his assistant put a rope on my mother's neck even the length was also not proper. Doctor didn't ask for any historical report and suggested to stay like this, the fracture will automatically recover. Next day I suggested another surgeon he gave proper treatment to my mom by going through her historical data. It was totally wastage of time , energy and money to visit Dr Arun Kumar Choudhary. I will suggest everyone not to go to this useless doctor.

Consulted the doctor for knee pain. The doctor analyzed the problem and prescribed the medicines without any side effects that would occur in the future. The fees were reasonable to afford. The doctors prescribed medicines for a week. Right now am completely fine.

Consulted Dr. Arun Kumar Chowdhury,for my sister's treatment..she had a legs pain,doctor gave a good treatment and prescribed the effective medicines..now she feels better and the fees was amount was 500..good doctor and satisfied treatment..

Communicated with this Orthopaedic Hospital for the General check up. The Treatment from this Orthopaedic Hospital is good. They charged me Rs 300 for the Treatment. Overall treatment from this Orthopaedic Hospital is good and I am gratified with the Treatment from this Orthopaedic Hospital.
