They are fraud their did came and did the service but thr is no proper treatment now cockroaches are all over my house.. worst service ever and very very unprofessional behaviour tht lady who answers the call is the worst

This person is total fraud. The people who have added review below are totally correct. He will not pick your call after taking money for the service. No service will be provided. He will assure you 2 or 3 free service but none will be provided. He is bustard.

I had a negative experience with Arjun Yadav. Despite initial polite and gentle interactions, he failed to respond to calls after receiving payment. I advise caution when dealing with him. I suggest not allowing him to attend your residence. He also used an UrbanClap number, which when called, displayed as belonging to UrbanClap. I believe UrbanClap should investigate this matter and take appropriate action against fraudulent behavior.

They scammed me by giving me 20% discount on their service and when my bed bugs problem wasn't solved they gave me a worst explanation to upgrade my service from silver to gold .

This Is the 2nd review by me. Bec of the complaint being given earlier these people scheduled the 2nd service on 24th which was canceled by my fil Bec of Christmas. The same was rescheduled for today at 11.30 am. The person Sanket called in the morning to confirm and I told him to come by 11.30 am. It's 12.15 pm now and neither did they call before to say he was running late nor did the company. When I called n checked they say they will be 15 min late ie a more than one hour after the time scheduled. It's sad that this is the approach and attitude given for recomplaint. Hence the review of 1 also the for the non solving of the bedbug issue

Guys, this person name Arjun Yadav is a big cheater, he talks very politely very gently while taking the money but once u handover the money he will never answer your calls. I’m sure his name must be also fake….he has given his address – office no 4, Tiwari compound bilal pada nalasopara east – Mumbai 401209. Pls dont allow him to attend your resi or office…for pest control services…he is big cheater...

he confirmed me for 2 services for bedbug treatment in gap 15-20 days for Rs. 1800 total charges. after doing 1st service he stopped taking calls & not responding on watsapp. He is fraud guy. please delist this guy from your website.
