Low quality furniture. not recommended at all. dont waste Money. Within month of usage there is shape change. After calling 3 times, their executive told to send bill but no response from them from last 2months, again I gave 2 Reminder still waiting.

The Fraud Store is a bunch of scammers. They don't give a damn about their commitments or the work they do. Once they've squeezed every penny out of you, they'll disappear faster than a magician's rabbit. We ordered a sofa from them, but in some places, they used flimsy paperboard instead of proper plywood. Nails are sticking out like a death trap for kids. And when you try to get them to fix these issues, they'll give you a load of nonsense. They can't even manage to deliver on time, and the products they provide are nothing like what they promise. In a nutshell, avoid this place like the plague. There used to be a ton of negative reviews about them, but they somehow managed to make them all disappear. They claim those reviews are fake, but this one certainly isn't because I have the Oteak bill to prove it. Specifically, Sayeed (the owner) and Imtiaaz of this shop are two-faced con artists.

Yes I totally agree with their bad reviews. I can understand how it is when they fool us. I too got fooled by them. They are highly unprofessional. Please be very careful.

Thank you for reading my review. Let me clear that I am a customer with Horrible experience. They might say comptitors has posted this...but that is not true. I had ordered sofa last year in December 18, 2020, and of course paid advance. I was promised delivery it in 20 days Max. While I write this review it is almost 40 days and I am still waiting for the same. Everytime I call (they will not update on delays because it is you who is at loss) I'm being promised weekend since last 3 weekends back to back by the same person. Of course there is nothing called commitment here. Alas! I could have visited their reviews earlier full of similar negative experiences. Feeling Cheated...

Hopeless service. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. If delivery is promised on xx day, expect delivery 10 days later. The delivery guys are not paid enough money, so they demand money as "TIPS". Never leave your wives or daughters alone at home during delivery, the delivery guys start staring. overall review is bad. DO NOT BUY.

Royal given damaged product and they were saying that they will repair it. First of all, why they send the damaged product and will repair it? I suggest you all, please don't buy from royal oak. It has been already a week, i haven't got the purchased product to be used. And lot of follow ups. Store manager don't pick the call, in-fact they don't care the customer after sales. (I purchased the product from Banaswadi, Bangalore). And technical Manager Dhamodhar dont have sense to talk to customer and he was saying all the products from royal will be like this. I suggest Royal Oak team has to look into this matter very closely.

Worst service Don't buy They never pick calls after completing deal. Un ethical Waste of time. I visited thrice. Personally collecting the material. Or else they will fool around.
