Great Eastern Technocity Elgin Kolkata

One of the worst experience in buying. A Sony television purchased on the 29th June 2017, yet not delivered till date (12th July 2017). Suggest that one should not be buying anything from them. This is the second time that I have faced such bad experience.

The worst experience. They are taking 5 days to deliver the product at my residence which is not even 5 blocks away from their showroom. The sales executive is giving false information about the delivery date. Since morning, he is not taking calls also. Do not trust them for the best service. I was a regular customer of Great eastern Technocity since last 5 yrs but now would not recommend them to anyone let alone buying a product from them. Mr Pulkit Baid please look into this matter

Gave my camera for repair here. The camera repair was done flawlessly and rightly by the technician and they were good in finding out the problem. They charged a reasonable price. Contented to take service here.

Purchased AC from this Great Eastern Technocity.charged me some nominal amount for the AC.they did free home delivery and installation to my home. They have given warranty period. Sales person showed me different model and explained its salient features. Out of it, I choose this one. Glad to purchase from this vendor

As I wanted to purchase washing machine,I have bought it from Great Eastern Technocity..They have been very kind and considerate towards us in suggesting the best machine..they have charged me 6900 amount for that..We are glad that we have got the good one..
