"Coaches are very friendly and offer individual care and personal attention. The exercises proposed are personally applicable to individual's body type. Each exercise is monitored and mentored. Exercises are being changed after a logical completion period which makes coming to gym interesting and joyful. Excellent atmosphere due to availability of equipments, playing of music, presence of gym mates, & clean/dust free environment, and availability of pure water. Timings are flexible hence attendance is automatically regular. In addition to that, the attendance is tracked by an instrument and absence to gym is rectified - the corresponding member is phoned up/reminded to come regularly. Really helpful for both the mind and body. Thanks for your service."
