Jeeva is an awesome trainer. He is very professional and has a deep knowledge when it comes to fitness. He takes the time to explain how each exercise will target a specific muscle group. Hands down, the best choice I have made to stay fit.

Jeeva,He is an excellent coach his workout and diet plan are unique one which is different from other masters he is a calm and quite man but his work speaks a lot ,I like his way of handling the clients in good manners. When my self started the training from him he told me i ll do my best and reduce your weight at least 4kg in 30days and he stands on his word's and he did it iam really impressed on his work . Worth of paying and talking training from him

One best place to dance around if you have missed in your teens or childhood just like me ..Every person is concentrated and teached and very flexible for many working people . Happy Dancing ???? Worst gym ever ! No professional trainers .. the space is small and no weight machines! They won?t let you trail they will make you stay and pay they will convince you in the beginning and after you pay you can?t turn back .., most of the time thread-mills won?t work ! It?s one small space and I have seen better gyms for the price they are quoting and I have quit that gym paying extra and joined a new gym. They didn?t let me go when I wanted to , they said use the gym for a week for free and we will check the procedures and after a week they didn?t respond and then when I finally said I can?t do this anymore they asked me to pay for that week. WORSE PLACE ?not a place to workout, girls outside will play some random old melody songs in the gym I never seen or heard people playing those kinda in the gym . It?s a place for a spa or chitchat and not a place if you looking to lose some weight or workout! Be aware .. idk why there google reviews are blocked from the day I left the gym fraud
