Kashmir is a dream destination and the dream was completely shattered due to mismanagement of this tour operator.
1. Cars were not good, no AC, driver didn't have license, car didn't have any papers, complete harrasment and wastage of time in almost every police check post
2. Car broke down and the tour manager said it was not his responsibility to ensure good quality of cars
3. Food was extremely bad which caused diahrea and vomitting of most of the travellers
4. Food menu was very low standard
5. He didn't have any back-up plan for anything
6. He couldn't share any travel tips or guidance
7. Hotel rooms were between very low to very mediocre standard, no AC, no lift, rooms were on 4th floor
8. He couldn't arrange food in the return train journey and he didn't have any back-up plan for that
9. Not customer friendly at all
10. There is mark of immense inexperience in every step
In summary, he showed extreme mismanagement, inexperience and unwillingness through out the trip.
