Horrible, dirty, full of bed bugs and a place for disease breeding. Never ever go there. I paid INR 700 for one night and I could not sleep entire night as the place is filthy and infested with bugs. Smelly and non cooperative staff. When I complained to the staff about bugs they came and sprayed pesticide in my room. Horrible horrible horrible .

Extremely unprofessional service. The front office guys are lethargic and have no interest in working. The manager is a very rude fellow. Not recommended at all

Sabse ghatiya hain is hotel ka owner. Gently baat kaise karte hain woh bhi nahin pata.

Stayed in this Lodge for some days in Kolkata. Their service was very good as they were very cooperative and provided very clean rooms to stay. Location is also beautiful here. They charged a nominal amount for the stay. I refer my relatives to stay here whenever they need. Its a satisfactory service.

Few days ago I stayed in this hotel in Kolkata. The service provided by them was very good as they were very cooperative and the facilities were also good. Rooms were very clean and spacious there. The charges were paid by my company and I am satisfied with their service.

In this Hotel I made an arrangement to accommodate my relative for a comfortable stay. This Hotel was clean and hygienic, it was a single bed room with Air Conditioner. For which they charged some nominal amount, I'm Glad with their service
