I've hired a nurse for my ailing mother. Unfortunately the nurse wasn't qualified and has no clue on treatment or patient care. They called it home stay service, but the nurse refused to work beyond one shift. And we ended up providing room and food. The agency owner Ms. Abina (took 21000 Rs ) for 6 days of service. And never returned any of my calls. Sad part is the owner refused to even organise a pick for her own so called nurse. I ended up paying for Ola and dropped her safely to owners house. If you are taking services from this agency, please check all the nurse qualification documents and do not be gentle like me.

They did not return my deposit amount and have stopped picking up my calls..no response to messages either ..

It is good. The lady has taken care very well. There was some confusion around valculating payment days. It is like even if you hire at 1pm by midnight it is treated as 1 days. Apart from this it is all good.
