I am not a person who writes a review unless it is exceptionally great. Mem is an awesome Guru and a great mentor. We are glad we found someone who has profound knowledge. She clearly knows what asana to recommend to what issue. Within 4 days of joining Yoga class my sinus issue reduced considerably. She observers and take feedback from us on everyday basis and also if a particular pose is working out for us or not. She prescribes diet for the requirements we have and also suggests what is lagging within us just by watching how we perform a particular asana. She gives a holistic approach rather than a quick or an isolated fix. 1 hour of Yoga session is powerful and impactful.

I started my yoga journey at jan 2022 with "yoga_space" and within a span of 3 months i was able to achieve the desired results with the immerse support of my yoga guide jaya parvathay. The thing i liked most about the academy is flexibility, they concentrate on our specific needs and work on that. I would strongly suggest this academy to people who wanna lose weight or has breathing problems.

She is the best yoga instructor I have ever met. Initially I was looking for a yoga class for my 7 year old kid. When I met her first time for this purpose, I was astonished by her expertise with not only in yoga, but also in therapeutic part of yoga. She also taught me some yoga steps to sort out my neuropathic issues when I consulted her. After finding good progress with those steps, I have also joined yoga class (along with my kid).
