"I am suffering from anxiety issues and I joined Sankara Yoga at Tambaram exactly a week ago and I am already seeing a positive change in the way I feel. I feel very relaxed through out the day ever since I started attending the classes here. The biggest plus point of this center is the flexible timings. Such a flexibility is a boon to a lot of people who are working in rotating shifts like me. Also, there are classes on the weekends and well (it's actually 24X7 I would say :) The master is very knowledgeable and explains why each asana is performed and it's benefits. He takes inputs from each student and align the yoga as per the need of each individual- now this is fantastic and you are getting individual attention and the primary focus is on the issue you face. There are classes for men, women and children. Master's wife takes classes for ladies; ladies have a separate section within the same classroom and is separate from the gents/kids section.
