DO NOT CALL them. First of all -forced us to change the filter - during a regular servicing. The filter costs 8000. We have no way to know if the technician was lying or we really needed to change it. After the servicing,the red light indicator on the filter had come on, and we asked him why, he said it will go away on its own from ‘the back end’. Lie. Since we couldn’t use the filter we let it go. They remained unresponsive for 5 days, and finally when he came to replace the filter, it took him hours, and many phonecalls asking for instructions, but he couldn’t reset the filter. After a lot of arguing, since they had already taken the money and refused to refund, we agreed to see if it works, and if not, we were reassured that they would come back in 2 days to either fix it, or provide a refund. Their number has been not reachable for the last one week. Using another number, when we reached them today, Shekhar himself said ‘I’ll see’. The filter is not working since the technician.

Wrist services at the time of purchase the AMC they will giving assurance with they will instant resolve your issue .But when my water filter was likage that time i called them around 10/15 time no one is picking the phone .Sunil yadav took 5000 rs for AMC now not ready to provide the service.Wrost service request you all don't go with Active care water solutions.As customer you will lost your money .

Very bad experience, not bothered of taking complaints, nor bothered to send any 1 for services very very bad ,don't even think to buy any thing as the service provided by them is not at all good , as they r least bothered of the complaints of the customer

Bhoomi Enterprises is an unprofessional company. The owner Satish did something wrong with my RO while changing the filters due to which it started making noise. I noticed it once he left. It's more than 3 weeks I am calling him to come and fix it but he didn't turn up. Go with some professional services and not with this.

He is totally fraud, I took 1 year AMC service for Aquaguard machine and he provided service just once after calling him many times he started abusing by giving bad words. Such fraud people's should be removed from all listing and no one should take service from them. In fact no one should take any AMC only as they never get back to you again
