Ranikuthi Telephone Exchange Regent Park Kolkata

Inspte of visiting Ranikuthi telephone exchange for more than 10 times for surrender of my landline which is out of order since last 36 months which can be checked from exchange records but the officials there refused to entertain surrender of phone making lame excuses or citing superficial reasons .I am in a dilemma and tense that even though bill is raised by exchange for phone remaining out of order. Really a hopeless service provider and my security deposit of Rs 2000 is with the telephone department is carrying on raising bills every bi monthly . This department is a mockery in the name of service provider.They didn?t respond my emails.They had not provided any number to attend the grievance of customers.. Suddenly telephone department wakes up and file case against consumers who didn?t utilise the services at all.It is a curse that consumers opted for such hopeless services.
