Sir, it's very sad that after paying almost full amount, I have not been called for registration. Horrible behavior by staff. No response from Director. I expect a positive response from lawyer of the company. Please do take care of customer part.

Worst set of people you would meet in your life span. Never meet any deadline. We have been kept in total darkness for complete one year without any electricity in the ground floor and its periphery. No outside light no gates no boundary walls. Dog shits everywhere. Then comes the masterstroke. Its been 1.5 yrs since many of us already came here as we didnt have any other choice No lift provided yet. As per agreement they were supposed to deliver the complete flat by nov-dec 2019...and now its 2021 still no lift. After the first monsoon there had been seepages everywhere. Outside the premise there is a ferol pipe leakage issue. Thats not been addressed since 2 years the whole area has now become a marshy place a paradise for damp, mosquitoes and other parasites. the lift cavity has been a gutter for more than a year filled with stinky water....never ever trust these bunch of scammers

They have very rude behaviour. They don't know how to answer the enquiries. They won't provide u the info actually required instead they will make ur mood go down by their rude and arrogant attitude.
