worst service I have ever got...the maid whom they sent came only one day and then she didn't come the next day without any proir information...the consultancy called me one week later and asked about
Worst Service Ever!! This lady is a fraud and manipulating the needs of working people to earn money. We paid 8000 as service fee for a live in maid to take care of my daughter and do the household work. After the maid joined, she often used to sleep and not do even the basic household work. On enquiry, she disclosed that she was a Blood Pressure patient. Also, the maid had a lot of personal issues and used to be on phone discussing issues with her family. We found the maid to be totally irresponsible. So we asked for a replacement and they never provided one even after 4 months. So we asked for a refund which she refused to give. Now she is giving me the contact number of some maid and asking me to pick her. I refused saying i cannot deal directly with the maid, as we have paid a service fee for this agency to do that duty!! This agency is does not do a proper background check, no police verification is done on the maids. Overall, worst experience for us. DO NOT GO FOR THIS AGENCY.
Hired a nurse to take care of my mom from this agency. They sent a lady for two days but we were not satisfied by hiring her. We recommend them to send the nurse who can take care for 24hrs. We paid them Rs.4000 for the agency and have to pay Rs.9000 for the lady. Their response was not so good and their service was average. <br/>
Worst service, I reached them for live in maid to take care of my kid and household works, we selected a maid and asked her come on a fixed date, for which they agreed, but she didnt send her saying she is sugar patient and not feeling well. sent another lady, she stayed for a week and went without even informing us . after enquiry we got to know that she joined at some other home. gave other 2 worst replacements... we got frustrated and asked her to return the registration fee of 9000/- she gave 3000/- after calling her 1000 times and pleasing her. remaining... she ate. Never ever go to this agency... I am writing this jus for the sake of people who do not know about this agency.
Through this agency I took a cook for my residence. I am happy with the cook as she is regular and punctual. I refer this agency to others also.
We needed someone to take care of my old mom. so we hired a lady patient care taker from this agency. she takes care of my mother very affectionately. she never takes leave and punctual in her work.
