Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

The manager lady is a crook, very disrespectful. She made us pay 12k telling its first month salary and send a lady who came every day 3hours late and just worked for 1 hour. That lady asked for salary for coming just 3 days we said we already paid that time that lady is telling its her service that we paid (just for arranging this horrible lady)and we have to pay another 12k . Big fraud and did not refund money.

We have been having an attender from this agency for more than two years. The attender provided by this agency is very responsible, friendly and trustworthy and has been taking care of the elderly person in my house. I also suggest this agency for my friend. They also taken some maids from this agency no issues.

Very worst service.. any word below worst will also suit. They got their service charge and then the person they sent left my place quoting some personal reason asking for leave . Didnt turn up even for after a week when called n asked for after multiple they sent a replacement who also left that month end asking for2 days leave, leaving behind her bag in my place . It's been 2 months that person didnt turn up as well I didnt get a replacement. No proper answer from in charge as well no refund. I had an emergency at home so wanted help and I ended up struggling all alone because of their fake promises and irresponsibility.

Worst is the word. They are nothing but a pile of lies. Cooks they send would never turn up nor respond to your calls. The agency demands lump commission and they never fulfill their guarantee. 90% of the times it was me who cooked because of these useless dumb cooks who don't turn up.
