Unprofessional Behavior

I requested for attender to take care of new born baby. The agency provided one person but she is not professional. She doesn't have experience of taking care of new born baby. Our unforgettable incident - Baby mother was in ICU and this attender was the only person allowed to take of baby inside Maternity ward. She was sleeping and the baby was bitten by mosquitoes because of her irresponsibility activity(We have provided mosquito net covered bed for baby). Also, because of her carelessness the baby tag was lost. We are sitting outside Maternity ward to call her to bring baby outside the maternity ward every 2 hours in the night for feeding. I am not sure how to express more in words. Please, don't go with the agency looks Rookie in service. For money they can arrange anyone. In my case I asked for new born baby attender but they arranged a person who is house maid.
