I ordered a window from here. The price is attractive but the courier charge was ?400 which affects the bottom line. Then you pay an additional ?150 for handling when you personally go to pick it up. Item was damaged on one portion. No screws were given. No one accepts any responsibility! They blame you for courier issues!

Nitharshini is right. Muthukumar has made his close acquaintances to write some excellent reviews. None of them are detailed and it is evident they are all fake. In reality, he will showcase himself as a genuine person and get the order. His true color can be seen once you pay the advance. He is zero in his commitment and fails meeting the customer's requirements after taking the advance. In my case, he took 50% advance and absconded. Never bothers to respond to calls nor replies to whatsapp messages. When one has the motive to only swindle the money from the customers what else can we expect? While I am not giving up, thought of placing it on record about this fraudster. I can't vouch his quality work as I am unfortunate to witness that yet because he went happy with the 50% advance money from me as it went free for him (that's what he thinks). In case you still want to engage him, I strongly recommend to pay the entire amount only after completion of work
