One of the pathetic Movers and Packers.
1 Charged above the amount they mentioned.
2 My goods are damaged very badly, TV, dining table, sofa, fridge everything is damaged.
3 I have taken 1 lakh insurance and when I ask them about the insurance they are not even picking up my calls.
Personal request to all don't hire this movers if you want your goods to be in good condition.

Horrible experience with this company. Charged me Rs 6500/- for a 10 Km delivery. No labour sent for off loading. I had to run around to get labour and off load at my own cost. The goods were found damaged. The Goldfish support team had no proper response and just refused to give support except writing sorry messages. Please avoid this company. Look for something better.

This was the worst experience of my life. I had availed their movers and packers services through nobroker app. You would think having the booking through an app would bring more accountability in this people. But no, that is not the case. First they refused to deliver my stuff on the agreed upon date, then when they did after getting nobroker involved it was broken and chipped. (Photos attached) due to mishandling of my furniture. Their person dropped my bose speaker infront of my eyes. Then their were some trip charges that was included in my package but Sachin refund to pay it and switched off his phone. This is a word of caution to choose any service but theirs. Also, for the payment they were after my life and took the full payment even if before the goods were delivered. And they still haven’t delivered my tv and a few other items which they forgot to pick up from their warehouse.

Very unprofessional staff. Once Booked Bike to be sent to Dehradun. They started demanding additional money 24 hrs after the bike was picked. So finally I have to abort the plan and went to get back my bike on my own and and ended up paying 2000 Rs for no service. Their staff are very rude while speaking and even come down to the level of quarreling.
