"I have taken the service from Pratima Aya Center Service, Kestopur. I was in need of a full-time housemaid service for my house. So I have called to this vendor for service. Their response was very good They have arranged housemaid for work. she is good at work. She is very well mannered and very helpful and doing all the work properly. I took her for 24 hours for which the charge took them was also very reasonable. I am very happy with the lady who is coming to work."

I was in need of an Experienced Professional & such a person whom we wanted to see not as an Aaya but just like a Family person. I have taken help from this Aaya center for 24 hrs service & their help lasted for little less than 2 months.
Within 2 months they have provided me with 4 aayas. The first Aaya was with us for a month was excellent named Padma. Just like we wanted. She had earlier taken care of Late Chinmoy Roy( a Bengali Comedian Actor of 70s & 80s) in his last days. But went after a month for her daughter's Marraige in her village. Other than that the 3 aayas provided by this Aaya Center is absolutely unprofessional, illiterate, rude, insensitive, impolite & don't know how to Talk . Lasted for around 22 days & now is taking help of another center. Totally harassed with those aayas & was lucky to get rid of this Aya center as all the 3 mismatch with our criteria.
I am giving 2 stars only for the First aaya Padma masi.
