The service is awful and the owner is very disrespectful. He knows nothing of repairing work. He took my running TV away on the pretext of repairing it. I asked him to repair it in my house as I am old and would not be able to get it from the shop. Despite my repeated requests, he took the running TV which had one or two vertical lines and tried to return DEAD TV? How could a repairing man make a running TV DEAD? Please do not avail his services as he is a FRAUD. My only resort left is to file a police complaint.

Please don?t trust them as tv mechanic unless you want your TV to be damaged. They will convince you with ?sweet? words that they will solve the problem permanently but after some day you will face same problem and when you ask them, they will tell you that another parts is damaged and you have to pay for that. That?s their strategy to fool customer. And the main worst thing is that they will just exchange the inner parts of your TV. This is my recent experience. They are already a part of Urban Clap so beware. If you give your TV to this kind of people you have to throw it in dustbin. So repair your TV only at authorized service center. At least you will be satisfied financially and mentally.

Two weeks back I purchased a Samsung washing machine from Khosla Electronics Behala. After a week Installation engineer came to visit and the moment he opened the package he found the lower body of the washing machine was dented. We raised a request but and it has been more than a week. We are yet to receive a fresh product. I am highly disappointed with the service.

Great job for my Harmon Kardon receiver and subwoofer. I had bring from USA and due lighting it's got damaged. I am not found any technical person in Kolkata even service centre refused to repair it. But I found this service provider and they did it perfectly.

Wonderful service is done by 'Quick Cool Solution, Behala'. When I was searching for repair my Godrej Fully automatic - front load having starting problem. I found them, they respond quickly and came on time to my house, the technician who came was very professional and active, came with all the necessary tools, he identifies the issue, there was some circuit issue in it. I agree with him, He repaired quickly with given time. Now my washing working fine I am very much satisfied with his work.
