The packing is worst they have no respect for the item's they packed my laptop in thermacol when it was arrived it was broken when I tried to claim the insurance company just kept passing the work from one place to another now DTDC has told to contact the sender office and the this branch don't even receive the phone call. I have been trying to get claim seens 3 months I think they will just bail on it.

I contacted Leo for transporting my cargo from Kolkata to Odisha. Though they are punctual in delivery, I concluded that they are a bunch of unprofessional degenerates because
1. They do not inform you about all the charges and cost involved such as docket charges, insurance, etc, etc.
2. Poor packaging like single layered laminate on a suitcase instead of cardboard or carton
3. poor handling because they irreparably damaged the base of my suitcase
4. Non-admission of fault even if proof of damage caused is submitted. They didn't even offer to repair the suitcase let alone replace it or indemnify it.
5. Casual attitude when customer highlights concerns
6. The Kolkata transport in-charge tells the customer to repair their damaged goods from their own money instead of owning the mistake. Eben the employees say so !!!!
7. Also he is foul-mouthed for he swears a lot before an afflicted customer.
8. And Like employees, like boss
