A bunch of cheats is what Orient Tours & Travels/Mr Amit Ranjan Chaudhury is...........7 months over, money not refunded…..Andaman tour planned for December 2021. Paid over 1 lakh Rupees for the same. They cancelled the tour on 21st Decmeber 2021. This is July 2022, 7 months are over and they have not paid me the full refund. Of the Rs 1 lakh, only Rs 40,000 has been paid and that too after a lot of begging Mr Chaudhury. Phone calls go unanswered, whattsapp texts are read but not reverted to. Whenever Orient Tours & Travels/Mr Amit Ranjan Chaudhury reverts, same age old answer...."this month we will pay you the complete amount". I refrained from legal aspects as Orient Tours & Travels/Mr Amit Ranjan Chaudhury gave their word that the money would be refunded. So I believed in them and kept calm. But it has been long enough that I have refrained from any sort of action against them. I cannot let a person walk away with my hard earned money. And I am not an agent. No other option showing
