For the Sofa cleaning I approached this people for the service. They visited my residence for the service. They used some soap for cleaning and made the sofa more darker than the previous and for which they charged me Rs.1000. And spoiled the entire look of the sofa and they promised to come on next day for washing it with other chemical and resolve the problem, but they did not turn up. Also left dryer at our house, when I call them back for the service or the refund of my money which I paid for the service they are refusing to attend my call. Very dreadful service rendered by them.
