I went for repairing my laptop. They kept laptop for 4 days for diagnosis and I confirmed them to repair. Later after 2 days they they are going to deliver by evening and waiting for pricing of spares later in the evening they said problem is different and told new reason and it?s difficult to service. This is how they wasted time . So be aware of this service centre.

Lenevo laptop ideapad 330s , i5 8th gen. I bought this laptop for rs56k. Since the day i brought it there is some or the issues in the laptop. The laptop processing was extremely slow . The sales guide convinced telling that this verson is ought to be bit slow. After several arguments with the service centre and higher authority they replaced the speaker but after few weeks tge laptop shows issue in software as well. When i checked it with my local laptop services. They tell that this laptop has manufacturing defects. Now the laptop is a scrap because its just because i was convinced to what the sales person told . Due to the lockdown i am not able to contact to store manager. I will fight for refund or exchange of my product. If not i will take some action against it. I must file a case in consumer court.

I am very much happy with Rohan Computers, Madhurawada (Prasad), I have Asus brand laptop is charger is not working, a technician replaced the full set of charger pin and I paid rs.2400 for the service, so I'm very satisfied with the response and service given by this vendor.

Genuine service was received from Anjani Technologies, Dwaraka Nagar (D. Sri Canta). Approached this Computer repair & services for Desktop ( CPU ) issue. The technician came home and done the work perfectly and the execution of work was very professional. They resolve the issue on committed time. they are charged rs .4000. Overall, I am happy and satisfied with their service.

Good service was given by this Anjani Technologies, Dwaraka Nagar. In my HP laptop, one of the laptop hinges was broken. The service vendor took my laptop to their service center. They delivered it on the same day. I feel they have charged me a high amount. I paid 1500 for this service. Overall it was a satisfied service.
