Its a totally fraud company...First they charge for providing driver then arbitrarily hike the driver salary.. totally financial and service fraud...Mr.Santanu is a cheat and a fraud person. After entering into an agreement and chargining membership fee, he was trying to force me to increase the driver's monthly salary. Pls beaware of this company and the fraudsters

Mr Subhas Roy ( Sales Manager ) and mr Santanu - Customer Service head had both cheated me . The agency is fraud . With sweet talking they will lure you to subscribe for the membership by paying Rs 3500. Afterwards they will place a driver on whome they will have no control. They had placed a driver to me and the driver ran away after taking advance salary from me.. Automobile association has no clue and neither tehy ever do any verification of drivers adddress which they talk about before enrolling you fro membership. Both Sanatanu and Subhash Roy will ignore and avoid your phone calls. Theis kind of fraud agency scams should be banned in west bengal amd they both should be arrested. they will simply run away with your hard earned money, your family will never be safe, NEVER ever fall in their trap.

they are fraud. their executive named, Mr.Santanu commit me a cheat services. I have taken three years membership for my car and driver service. After taking Rs 7200 for this agreement, they force me to increase the driver's monthly salary. they did not refund money and not provided drivers at all. THEY ARE ALSO PRESSURIZING TO WITHDRAW ANY KIND OF COMPLAINT. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
