Total fraud company run by Mahesh Venkatesh and his aide Selvam. Low quality labour and material. Lack of ethics. Lies after lies after lies. No conscience. They have a track record of duping customers by taking the advance and using low quality material and labour for a couple of days and after running away with the advance. Mahesh is a sweet talker. Never trust him.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. Known as SKCG (Sri Krishan Construction Group or Karavalli Constructions - don't confuse with Sri Krishna Constructions), run by Proprietor- Mahesh is a total SCAM and FRAUD. Short bad english positive reviews and Long detailed negative reviews tell you that you should really trust the negative reviews. People who are scammed like me write in detail. I unfortunately was scammed by Mahesh and company. Mahesh came across as a very knowledgeable man. He poses as a civil engineer. Speaking to him, one gets the confidence of talking to an experienced person. However, don't get fooled like me. I unfortunately made the mistake of not reading the negative reviews of Mahesh and his company before making an advance payment of 30k for a full room renovation where he quoted me a competitive quote of 4.2Lakhs. Little did I know these guys are scammed. No ethics, poor worksmanship, substandard material and full drama is the experience one will get if you hire this company

I had hired Karavalli constructions and contracted to do remodel of the house. I must say that these guys are scammers. They communicate well and present themselves as knowledgeable and hired them as the price was competitive but when it comes to work they are horrible. The quality of work is so bad, that I’m spending twice the money to get their mistakes fixed. When we hired them, they used to show up for work only when they needed money all the other times they just lie saying the work is going on. We called from the work spot only to find that no one was there and we called them they said there are 10 people working when they had not even opened the door. They show up one day and pretend they are working and then ask for money or else they threaten to stop work. There two people Mahesh and Ravi who are just liars and they lie to their core. They lie on everything. BEWARE!! Stay away from these scammers. They will just take your money and lie on your face and they don’t know how to do the work and they get cheap labors who don’t know how to work and mess up your project, The quality of work is so bad now that now I’m spending more money than the original amount to fix their mess. Don’t hire them. They just game, Scam and suck money and leave you with crappy work.
