I've placed my order over a month ago. Have reviewed and approved designs but still haven't received. The customer support team is unresponsive. Nobody answers the calls or responds to emails or messages. My order was time sensitive, and the timelines posted by them are not even close to their delivery time. I have paid in advance for my order and haven't yet received it. Will never recommend. I have been scammed and a lot of similar incidents reported on google reviews. Please read the reviews carefully before ordering. Don't make the mistake I did.

Didn't like the service at all, not picking up calls, not responding on time, had a very bad experience, printing was not good on labels, font was blur and had a terrible experience with kraftix, never order from kraftix. Not at all a good service.

I used to work this company as a graphics designer. But I could not work here for more than 8 days. This company owned by two brothers. The elder brother verbally abused the employees for little reason and even beat them. One day, in front of me, he abused an employee for a small reason and dared to beat him. I quit my job the next day after seeing this. When I quit job, he abused me a lot and tried to beat me. I escaped with my life. I could not take any action against him, because I had no evidence. Those of you who are going work in this company are very careful. I want what happened to me, to happen to you. I have uploaded the photo of the person who treated me like this below.
