No service after installing CCTV, they don’t even pick up the phone. Very disappointing.

I wish der was negative review. Poor service backup on their products. Dvr spoilt in 1 year. No warranty guarantee beyond AMC period. 20+ complaints in 1 year and still counting but they wont rectify bcoz AMC is over. They dont take responsibility of their own products. Unprofessional service in charge Mr Moorthy. Sales incharge Saif and office staff Rekha are mere puppets of powerless bosses. They refuse to accept their faulty hardware and everytime engineer visits will do a temporary kind of work and leave. Untied wires loosely hanging on loft and flickering cameras, poor power connection knowledge. I would not recommend anyone to risk their office security with them.

Very poor after sales service. Calling the owner since more than 7-8months, but of no use. The owner is only good at speaking and getting customers. Absolute waste of money and time. -1/5 for service. Product quality is also not good considering the price. Don't waste your valuable time and money here and don't fall in his trap of sugar coated talks. Pure shit.

So I have contacted this vendor and given my requirement. I have purchased a total 8 Camera dome and bullet type with a complete package, DVR, Hard disk, cable.
