Very Good Service provider. There response is very good. After finalising I found that four camera is not sufficient, without any hesitation they changed my DVR to 8 port. After installation they supported whenever called. After sell, service is very important in today's market, special when you buy an electronic product. This why I am recommending TECH IT SOLUTIONS. Arindam Hor please maintain same service in coming days.

Fraudulent firm with fraudulent staff. They charge you for higher quality cameras but install low quality ones. I caught them red handed and the staff told me they do this with most of the clients. Also, they charge gst with a false gst number.
Proceed with caution before making deals/ contracts with this firm.

They are frauds. They sell substandard products and frequently cheat customers and vendors.
The business practices are unethical. You may ask any employee. Any employee who is not willing to participate in their cheating business is thrown out without salary.

Very good and prompt service from "R. S. infotech, Sarsuna ". I approached them for the CCTV camera Purchase & Installation service. I got an on-time response from them. As I was out of town at the time, So the installation took a week. I purchased 1 Hikvision dome camera. They provided installation service, DVR, cable. All included I paid Rs. 7900. They have given 1 years warranty and They have committed that in-between if I need any service they will provide it free of cost.
