FINDINGS: All the segments of right upper lobe, right middle and lower lobes appear clear and normal. The segments of left upper lobe, lingula and left lower lobe also appear clear and normal No evidence of any abnormal parenchymal nodule / interstitial thickening is noted. Mediastinal vascular structures appear normal. The heart is of normal size. No evidence of pericardial thickening / calcification seen. No evidence of pericardial effusion. No significant mediastinal or hilar adenopathy is seen. No evidence of pleural effusion is noted. Trachea and both main bronchi appear normal. There are no discrete endobronchial lesions. Bony thorax and soft tissues appear normal. Few sections through the upper abdomen do not reveal any obvious abnormality. IMPRESSION • No significant abnormality seen please correlate clinically "
