Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Very unprofessional service. I should not recommend anyone to avail their service. Very bad experience. I had a requirement of a nanny for my 7 months old daughter. I requested Mr. Somnath (essential aya center) if they can provide a good nanny. My requirement was - nanny should be in between 34-38 years old, well behaviour, soft spoken, should be experienced in baby work like preparing food, milk, giving medicine, etc. I explained the above mentioned items multiple times. Finally he provided a handicapped, uneducated, illiterate, no baby work experience, rude behaviour, absent minded, very unprofessional nanny. Her name was Tagor Mandal. When I noticed all these problem, I tried to call Mr. Somnath but he never received my calls. Someone from his end was always told some fake stories. He never called back. Because he knew they provided an unprofessional nanny. Even Mr. Somnath not even helped to take her back from bangalore to Kolkata. Useless.
