"Another one of my favorite roof top restaurant. Though I do not adore the ambiance here but the food makes up for it. I don't like any particular dish here as I believe whatever I order, I will definitely relish it.The food is good. The interiors are down in a faux roadside dhaba style. Complete with movie posters. I've always had the buffet which was excellent and never A-La-Carte."

For single or double its good but for family is not good and all are different price and the room price is more and the service is good may not be good .. Only 1 night I stay ..

I am gruntled with their response which was really good. I got it through this Hotel Saad, Ballygunge. Booked a room from this provider. The environment was good and comfortability I got there. Although this was a satisfactory help. I paid 4000 for two days. Overall, I am satisfied with them. It's a good one.

The hotel was in a great location. We loved the little feeling and attention to guests. first of all I am very happy to save money thanks to this Buildtech Residency their stuff was overdone. She welcomed us and assisted with all our needs. He and his staff really make you feel special. The room was very spacious, clean, large and comfortable. Will stay again when I am in Kolkata.

I do not recommend anyone this hotel based on my experience. Yes no doubt it's quite cheap but it's not best. It's security is very lame and bad , actually it doesn't have any securities. It's 1st July 3:37 am and I checked in few hours ago and at 2 am a thief broke out and stole my mobile phone and other important things. He was in the attempt to steal other things as well but i saw him and he ran from the balcony to the next room which was open. After few mins we had gone to complain about the trouble we had to face but there were no receptionist nor the manager. I doubt on one of the hotel staff here. By the way there are only 2 staffs here. Since the keys to other rooms are with them. I believe we were late but when the staff took us to the other room which was widely open few mins ago when the thief entered, it was absolutely closed. So it must be them. It is cheap (1000 for a double bed non ac room) but security is what matters when you are away from home. Make secure choices.

Not a good hotel at all only mein USP is it's location else everything is worst bathroom are at worst condition and in night they 'll not give u bedsheet at all and the condition of blanket is also very poor. waiters and other attending staff are good except few. Will not recommend to other and also request other customer not to go. Try other..
