Worst service, very casual approach, Zero time Management, Money Hongrey, Unprofessional attitude. Had a worst and hopeless experience. All the contractors are worldclass cheap and unprofessional. He is very Punctual only while demanding money but comparatively work done will always remained pending. Glue and Gums were spread around with each furniture item. Damaged Tiles while cutting the ply. Sharp edge in the Kitchen trollys easy enough to hurt. Cost cutting in Master bedroom. Selected cheap and very poor laminates without asking or taking prior permission. Sofa torn in just dew weeks and no actions were taken to repair even after informing him several times. Indirect light in pop isnt working in just couple of weeks. Finally atleast 80-90% of work completed somehow in 3-4 months after lots of fights and endless arguments. But the rest of the work, I had to do by my own. He has even stopped picking up the calls and refused to complete rest of the pending work. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!

Electrician work was not good, he replaced entire leaving room power with backup, though it was told Aniket multiple time to keep only 2 lights and one fan on backup(as per builder instruction). One switch was removed from board and cello tape was put on the empty space which is really disgusting. Some switch boards has different type of plates and others are different. Hanging light was a part of job, but He has not provided them. Carpainter had put the broken laminate in master room dressing table. Also, sharp edges was my main concern but even after asking him multiple times, all furniture items contains sharp edges. Painter had completed deco painting after fixing tv unit laminate. And laminate is filled with deco paint. Even after asking Aniket many times, it was not cleaned. Bar unit is disgusting, not at all finished properly. all the laminate has scratches. and edges are not going with laminate color. Window glasses were opened for exhaust fan. which are not fixed later. Bad!!
