Dear friends, I had booked a humidifier from confident through prashant shetty I charge of confident. After repeatedly assurance by Mr prashant I booked the equipment by paying 10000 rs on 4 June . He assured me the availability and delivary of equipment within 15 days. Even after more than 55 days of payment there has been no response nor refund of money even after repeated request and infact one payment was done Mr prashan has been rude and non responsive. Confident being a brand is expected to delver the equipment and Mr prashant shetty is giving a bad name to the company.
