He is a cheater, not at all fullfill his promises what he did while taking the project. My Kitchen and bed room leaved in-complet position. I gave him 8L project, I paid almost 7.5 L, Now he is not pickup my call even I did call 7 to 8 times in a day. He promised me with in 2 months I complete the project, I gave him the project on February 2023, till now he did not complete., Even he didn't give the payment to workers also. He talk very politely and smoothly but his carecter is very bad. He did not complete any commitments, he requires only money. This is my whole experience till now with Vasant Mistri propriter of Unnattee Interiors and Kitchens

Just stay clear of this fellow Satish and save your precious time and money. I lost Rs. 5000/- and my precious time without getting any service.
I wish I had seen the reviews here before paying him …..
I asked him to refund my money, but offcourse he has no intentions to refund.

Took more than 18 months for 2 months work... Still incomplete, many existing furniture items were lost, suffered monetary loss, quality of work is extremely poor. 3rd class work.

Not only is Mansi & Umesh Patil worst furniture manufacturers,They do not know concept of Time. It took one year to get our kitchen furniture and begging and pleading with them. They not only took 100% advance before they would finish the order but have countless irrelevant excuses which inflate price and delivery. We got ripped off. We warn all customers to not work with them and never pay advance as they will take 20%. Then ask for 50% and will not even deliver material till 100% is paid. They are thieves in disguise so kindly beware of them before giving them your hard earned money. Once you give them money they won’t pick up your call and won’t deliver at all. Cheats! Please ask them to refute and prove any of these charges wrong!

He will ask for all the money in advance and then you will need to Chase him to get the work completed. He will keep demanding for money for the minutest of the things. Once you give him the money he will not be responding to your calls. I would certainly not recommend anyone to take any services from him. Please, please and Please stay away from his services and products.
